1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bagh baji platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without an account, and any individual who accesses any bagh baji service, game, or betting market. By continuing to use bagh baji in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

bagh baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bagh-baji.com/terms-conditions. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — bagh baji will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use bagh baji, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bagh baji account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order on the bagh baji platform.
• You are not a bagh baji employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bagh baji conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a player's account lifetime at bagh baji's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal holds until verification is completed successfully.

If bagh baji discovers — at any point, including following withdrawal — that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the platform, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be voided and forfeited, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with our anti-fraud obligations.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bagh baji services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must not use false, misleading, or third-party information when creating your account. bagh baji reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bagh baji account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact our support team immediately to rectify the situation.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your bagh baji account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bagh baji staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request purporting to come from bagh baji and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bagh baji's support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bagh baji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Providing false or outdated information may result in withdrawal holds, account verification failures, or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bagh baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bagh baji does not accept cash, bank cheques, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment not listed above.

All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your bagh baji account. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to its source, and the associated bagh baji account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply to individual accounts based on verification status, account history, and payment method. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bagh baji balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process. bagh baji is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider outages, mobile network issues, or bank processing times outside our control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times & Requirements

Withdrawal requests are processed by bagh baji within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bagh baji does not facilitate withdrawal to a different account or payment provider than the one used to deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

Before any withdrawal is processed, players must have completed KYC identity verification. Required KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. bagh baji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.5 Funds Security

Player funds held on the bagh baji platform are maintained separately from operational funds. bagh baji does not use player deposits for business operations. In the event of any platform outage or technical issue, all player balances are preserved and remain accessible once normal service is restored.

5. Betting Rules & Wagering Policy

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bagh baji are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or market in which they are placed, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between market-specific rules and these Terms, the market-specific rules take precedence.

Bets are not valid until they have been confirmed by the bagh baji system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet confirmation appearing on your screen and/or in your bet history constitutes the record of the confirmed wager. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, odds, stake, and market — before confirming any wager.

5.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event that bagh baji displays incorrect odds, incorrect market data, or processes a bet as a result of a software error or data feed failure, bagh baji reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. bagh baji will not be liable to pay winnings resulting from manifest pricing errors or system malfunctions.

5.3 Cricket Betting — BPL, IPL & International Fixtures

bagh baji offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at any time in response to match events, umpire decisions, weather delays, or other circumstances beyond bagh baji's control. Stakes placed on suspended markets prior to the suspension will be honoured at the odds available at the time the bet was accepted.

5.4 Live Casino & Slots Rules

All live casino games — including those provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. RNG slot games use certified random number generator technology and are subject to published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. bagh baji does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of certified third-party games.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bagh baji offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. Bonuses are awarded at bagh baji's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. bagh baji reserves the right to impose limits on withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings pending completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds awarded by bagh baji are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game contribution percentages are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bagh baji monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bagh baji platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not permitted by bagh baji.
• Exploiting software bugs, data errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate charge-backs, or dispute valid transactions through your payment provider after wagering funds on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Impersonating another person or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's normal operation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bagh baji account to any other person.

bagh baji employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bagh baji may immediately suspend the affected account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void outstanding bets, and forfeit account balances. bagh baji also reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering — to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bagh baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Account closure requests related to problem gambling are treated as self-exclusion requests and are processed with priority — please make this clear when contacting support.

8.2 Closure by bagh baji

bagh baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bagh baji reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• The player is located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or criminal activity is associated with the account.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bagh baji reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach — such as a regulatory change affecting Bangladesh — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bagh baji will notify you by email before any dormancy policy is applied to your account. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover account maintenance costs. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting our support team.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years, as well as permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any bets.
